SUPPORT GROUPS

ONLINE | NO FEE

WE are committed to being A PART OF THE SOLUTION.

We asked, “How can we help?” You spoke, and in response, we’re offering free support groups designed to promote accessibility and connection. Our groups are for anyone navigating the weight of trauma—whether as an individual or as a couple working to heal together. We offer support groups for both. They're a space to feel supported, understood, and less alone in the process.

Led by facilitators who truly understand the impact of trauma, these groups offer space for shared reflection, honest dialogue, and mutual support. You’ll connect with others who have walked similar paths and gain validation, perspective, and encouragement along the way.

These groups aren’t about fixing—they’re about feeling. About showing up just as you are and being reminded that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation.

A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE SPACE

Our mental health support groups offer a space where you can show up as your full, unfiltered self—free from judgment and surrounded by care. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and representation are not just values we name—they are the foundation of how we hold space for every voice and every story. This is a place where you are seen, heard, and respected. Where you can speak your truth—your pain, your perspective, your journey—and know it will be met with empathy and understanding. We are committed to building a community that supports both personal healing and collective connection. These groups aren’t just supportive—they are a meaningful space for reflection, empowerment, and showing up as you are.

Group Facilitators

Each of our support groups is led by someone who’s been there. We’ve intentionally built our model around a sense of relatability through understanding—because when someone truly gets it, the space naturally feels safer, more open, and more human. When you show up, you’re met by someone who understands your experience in a way that invites connection, not explanation.
