Investment
Therapy is an investment in yourself, and we’ve worked intentionally to build an equitable practice that begins by asking, “How can we help?” Mental health care shouldn’t be delayed—or feel out of reach—because of cost. When your mental and physical well-being are at stake, support should be accessible. If the full fee is a barrier, let’s talk. We’re here to find a way forward together. You can learn more below.
All services are delivered exclusively online to residents of California, Florida, and Texas. Psychotherapy is provided by Nastasia Freeman, Licensed Psychotherapist.

Reduced Fees
INTENTIONAL
Our approach to therapy—and everything we do—is deeply intentional. One of the biggest barriers to mental health care is financial inaccessibility, and as a collective, we can no longer ignore it.
STATISTICS
In 2023, Loma Linda University Health reported that 5,566,000 adults in California had been diagnosed with a mental illness. Of those, 1,562,000 did not receive the care they needed due to cost. CBS8 also reported that San Diego jails are now the largest mental health provider in the region.
These statistics are devastating—and unacceptable. This is why we offer a reduced fee to those experiencing financial hardship. We want to fill the gap, support the collective, and be part of the solution
COLLABORATION
We work with our clients—not through third-party decision-makers like insurance companies. We don’t accept insurance because we want to build relationships based on trust, transparency, and care—not paperwork or diagnosis codes. Instead, we offer a reduced fee for those who qualify.
FLEXIBLE & HUMAN-CENTERED
Our reduced fee is determined through a simple, human-to-human conversation during your complimentary consultation. We understand that talking about finances can be uncomfortable—but we encourage it. It reflects our values and ethics, and shows how seriously we take access and equity in care.
THE WHOLE PERSON
Mental health is complex, and so are the lives of those navigating it. We believe we can’t provide effective mental health care without considering the whole person—including financial realities. Limiting therapy only to those who can afford full fees doesn’t sit well with us. People’s worth isn’t tied to how much they pay.
When we designed Hello Healed®, we looked intentionally through the lens of the whole person. That’s how we identified the gaps—and why we created ways to close them.
“HOW CAN WE HELP?”
This question is more than a principle—it’s our practice. Mental health care should be accessible. You shouldn’t have to delay care that could protect your emotional or physical well-being—or save your life—because of cost.
If the full fee is a barrier, let’s talk about how we can support you.
