Meet the Therapist

Hello! I’m Nastasia—founder of Hello Healed®.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with an edge—unapologetically doing what it takes to feel well, and helping others do the same.

I provide individual and couples therapy—with a focus on trauma, PTSD, and attachment related challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based research and shaped by lived experience.

I utilize neuropsychotherapy techniques—a brain-based approach that integrates neuroscience with traditional therapy to treat trauma, PTSD, and attachment wounds. In individual therapy, this method targets how emotional pain is stored in the brain and nervous system—supporting long-term healing, regulation, and resilience.

Couples trauma therapy is a central part of my work—an essential yet often overlooked area of mental health. I help partners impacted by trauma and attachment wounds rebuild safety, trust, and emotional connection. By integrating neuropsychotherapy with relational psychology, I guide couples toward deeper understanding, healing, and reconnection within their relationship.

I value authenticity and transparency. My approach to therapy and all things in life is deeply intentional. I come to this work not only as a trained clinician, but also as a survivor of violence. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the therapy room—and that perspective deeply informs how I show up for my clients. Hello Healed® was built to transform trauma’s legacy into a space for empowerment and change.

My support extends far beyond my therapy room. I spend a lot of time in the community amplifying voices and collaborating with other businesses to bring awareness to not only mental health but overall wellness.

As C. G. Jung said, “Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.” That philosophy guides how I show up—with humility, presence, and purpose.

If you see me in the community, say hello!
