Thank you for visiting hellohealed.com (the “Web Site”) and reviewing our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us & is simple: we will collect no personally identifiable information about you when you visit the Web Site unless you choose to provide that information. This Privacy Policy does not describe information collection practices on other sites, including those linked to or from the Web Site.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order & Submission Information, and Newsletter & Blog Information.
The server on which the Web Site is located collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by web server software. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Additionally, when you subscribe to our newsletter through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, and communication preferences. We refer to this information as “Newsletter & Blog Information.”
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use squarespace to power our newsletters, blogs, and website and we also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We also utilize Simple Practice for Scheduling/Booking and Printful—an on-demand order company to fulfill customer store orders (only our physical products).
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. When you subscribe to our newsletter through the Site, we will maintain your Newsletter Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
