Mental Health therapy & support for survivors of domestic violence
project 1442
Project 1442 heals from the roots.
Founded by Nastasia Freeman, a licensed psychotherapist, Project 1442 isn’t just a program—it’s a rebellion against the shadows of trauma and domestic violence, born from the haunted halls of an address where pain echoed across generations. This isn’t about soft promises or temporary fixes; it’s a hardcore mission to smash the barriers that keep survivors trapped—shame, fear, stigma, and systemic roadblocks like financial dependence or inaccessible services. Project 1442 fights back with fierce mental health therapy that digs deep into the wounds of abuse, helping survivors claw their way to healing and reclaim their power. Its support groups are raw, unfiltered spaces where survivors connect, share their rage and resilience, and build a defiant community that says, “You’re not alone.” The trainings? They’re battle-ready workshops, arming professionals and advocates with the tools to spot abuse, challenge stereotypes, and dismantle the systems that fail survivors. Named for a place of pain, Project 1442 flips the script, turning trauma’s legacy into a relentless force for empowerment and change
No one should live in fear. It is not acceptable, not inevitable, and together, we can make it STOP.
There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you. —Maya Angelou

dv individual therapy
Nastasia Freeman, Licensed Psychotherapist
Mental health therapy is provided to only those residing within Texas, California, and Florida.
Domestic violence therapy is a raw, unflinching dive into the chaos of surviving abuse. It’s not about coddling or hand-holding—it’s a gritty, one-on-one battle to reclaim your power. You sit with Nastasia Freeman, licensed psychotherapist who’s trained to navigate the minefield of trauma, unpacking the fear, shame, and rage that lingers from living with an abuser. She doesn’t just listen; she challenges you to face the patterns, rebuild your shattered self-worth, and arm you with tools to break free from the cycle. Expect hard truths, not fluffy platitudes—think neuropsychotherapy to rewire your brain, trauma-focused techniques to process the pain, and real talk about boundaries and safety. It’s intense, sometimes gut-wrenching, but it’s about forging resilience with an edge sharp enough to cut through the past and carve out a future where you’re the one in control.

dv support group
Facilitated through an online platform
Open to all those living within the U.S.
DV support groups are raw, real, and unapologetically human. Picture a room full of survivors—strangers bound by shared scars—where the air hums with courage and defiance. Led by a trained facilitator, these groups are a safe haven to spill your truth, no filter needed. You’ll hear stories that echo to your own: the fear, the manipulation, the fight to break free. It’s not therapy, but it’s therapeutic—think raw conversations, not clinical jargon. You share what you want, when you want, learning from others’ victories and setbacks. Expect practical tips on safety planning, spotting red flags, and rebuilding confidence, alongside a fierce sense of solidarity. It’s not about pity; it’s about power—finding yours in a room that gets it, with an edge that says you’re not alone in this fight.
dv training
Delivered virtually and in person.
Open to all those living within the U.S.
Domestic violence training is a no-nonsense crash course in confronting one of society’s ugliest realities. It’s not for the faint-hearted—it’s a deep dive into the gritty dynamics of abuse, designed for professionals, advocates, or anyone ready to step up. Led by experts, the training rips apart the myths, laying bare the cycles of power, control, and trauma. You’ll learn to spot the signs—physical, emotional, financial—and understand how abusers manipulate while victims survive. Expect hard-hitting role-plays, case studies, and real-world scenarios that force you to think on your feet. It covers legal frameworks, safety planning, and trauma-informed responses, arming you with tools to support survivors without losing your edge. This isn’t about feel-good vibes; it’s about building the skills and guts to intervene, advocate, and disrupt the cycle with fierce precision.
Domestic violence leaves a mark on the whole family.

You’re breaking generational curses.
You’re who your bloodline has been waiting for.
A note from the founder:
Every story of domestic violence looks different, but mine is best described as a generational curse that a mother and daughter refused to accept as their fate.
