PROJECT 1442
Mental health therapy & support for survivors of domestic violence
I witnessed domestic violence for most of my childhood, and it became nearly fatal when I experienced it myself in the very home I grew up in. Healing doesn’t happen all at once, but I’ve found a way forward—and I dedicate my work to helping others find theirs.
Aligned with our mission to support survivors of trauma, I launched Project 1442—named after the address where generations of trauma unfolded. This initiative provides therapy, advocacy, and community support to survivors.
Project 1442 aims to change public attitudes, remove barriers to support, and transform trauma’s legacy into healing and empowerment.

The work is grounded, nonjudgmental, and centered on helping you reclaim your sense of agency, safety, and self-trustWith advanced training in trauma and abuse recovery, Nastasia supports clients in addressing fear, shame, and the emotional and psychological aftermath of violence. Therapy focuses not only on understanding what happened, but on how abuse has shaped beliefs, nervous system responses, and relationship patterns.
Her approach integrates neuropsychotherapy and trauma-informed care with direct, compassionate guidance. Sessions help you understand how trauma affects the brain and body, while building practical skills to strengthen boundaries, restore self-worth, and create a sense of internal and external safety.
Healing from abuse is difficult work, but you do not have to do it alone. Therapy offers a path forward that is steady, supported, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.

dv support group
This online support group provides a structured, confidential space for individuals who have experienced domestic violence. It is facilitated by trained professionals with lived experience and is designed to offer safety, steadiness, and human connection during and after abuse.
This group is not therapy. There is no pressure to share, perform, or explain your story. The focus is on creating a respectful environment where people can show up as they are, without judgment or expectation.
Group discussions center on practical and emotional realities such as rebuilding safety, navigating the aftermath of abuse, managing financial and legal stressors, setting boundaries, and regaining trust in yourself. Conversations are direct, honest, and grounded in real life, offering connection without forced vulnerability.
advocacy & Outreach
“How can we help?” At Hello Healed®, we believe this question is the catalyst for meaningful change. Our advocacy is rooted in human connection, listening with empathy, and meeting survivors and communities exactly where they are—offering support and amplifying their voices.
We don’t provide answers from afar. Instead, we stand alongside families and communities in times of need, ensuring access to mental health care and trauma-informed support. Whether it's raising awareness, creating spaces for open conversations, or empowering those who’ve been overlooked, we work to challenge systems that fail to support those who need it most.
By listening to the stories and experiences of those affected by trauma, we echo their voices and strengthen the community. Through advocacy, we don’t just advocate for change—we actively create it with every conversation, connection, and action.
There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you. —Maya Angelou
At Hello Healed®, we see you, hear you, and believe you.
Understanding Domestic Violence
& How You Can Help
Domestic violence affects millions and impacts families across all communities. Understanding the realities, dispelling myths, and learning how to support survivors are key steps toward healing and prevention. Here’s what you need to know and how you can help.
The Facts
Nearly 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men experience severe intimate partner violence in their lifetime.
On average, 24 people per minute are victims of partner violence in the U.S.
Domestic violence increases during times of crisis, including the COVID-19 pandemic, when survivors face heightened isolation.
Myths vs. Facts
Myth: Domestic violence only happens in certain communities.
Fact: It happens in all communities.Myth: If it’s really bad, the victim would just leave.
Fact: Leaving can be the most dangerous time for a survivor.
