This disclaimer applies to all media owned or published by Hello Healed® ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including (but not limited to) channels, podcasts, newsletters, journals, social media platforms, interviews, and websites (collectively “Media”).
Professional Boundaries & Role Changes
Hello Healed® may engage in interactions through media that extend beyond traditional therapy settings. These interactions are not requests or solicitations for purchases, testimonials, endorsements, or participation by clients or former clients. In situations where roles change, we prioritize:
Client autonomy and informed consent
Awareness of possible consequences (legal, financial, personal, therapeutic)
Ethical precautions to avoid emotional, physical, or social harm
If harm occurs, Hello Healed® will make reasonable efforts to remedy the situation.
Social Media & Technology Use
Social media is used for education, advocacy, marketing, and professional thought leadership, not for therapy or private communication.
Following, liking, commenting, or engaging with a psychotherapist on social media does not create a therapeutic or personal relationship.
Social media is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional advice.
Privacy Risks:
Clients risk breaching their confidentiality when engaging with therapist accounts. For your safety:
Hello Healed® professionals do not follow or friend current or former clients on social media.
We do not engage in personal virtual relationships with clients using personal social media accounts.
Communication Boundaries: Do not use social media DMs, comments, or messaging to share treatment-related concerns or emergencies. These channels are not confidential and are monitored by staff. Please raise such issues during scheduled therapy sessions.
Content and Use
All media content is intended for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. This content:
Does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice
Is not a substitute for therapy, medical diagnosis, or treatment
Should not be used to establish a “standard of care” or for legal testimony
No therapist-client relationship is formed by:
Viewing, reading, or listening to our content
Interacting via social media, websites, live events, or email
